Yes — those are exactly the pieces that end up on our bench. When another shop turns something away, it usually comes down to a part that no longer exists off the shelf. In that case, we simply make it.

It depends on the piece and what it needs, so we don't quote blind. Call us or bring it in, and we'll tell you honestly what's possible and what it would cost — there's no charge for the conversation.

Never. Every repair, restoration, engraving, and custom piece is done by hand, in-house, on our own bench.

Yes, for large or fragile pieces like grandfather clocks. We regularly serve Broward County and Palm Beach, and we've traveled as far as Louisiana and the Bahamas for the right piece.
