The Conversation
Bring us anything. A sketch, a photo, a memory, or just a feeling you can't quite put into words. We'll sit with you, ask the right questions, and figure out exactly what you want to make.
The Design
We sketch it out together and refine until it's right. You see the design before we build anything. Nothing moves forward without your full approval. No surprises at the end.
The Making
Every piece is made in-house by hand, on the bench. The same way it was taught to Josef in Vienna and Geneva. Not rushed. Not sent out. Done properly, the first time.

Engraving & finishing, in-house.
Every custom piece can be engraved. A date, a name, a coordinate, a line that only two people understand. Our in-house engraver handles it personally.
We also offer crystal cutting and polishing for watches and clocks, and full metal polishing to restore or finish any piece exactly as it should look.
